We noticed over the years that we would get more and more tired clients at the hotel, too much stress at work, in their city, with hardly any time to rest and relax. For a while, we thought a good workout was be the best remedy: get out there, sweat a lot and breath plenty of fresh air. It still works for some of us. But for the other ones, we now also propose new stays based on a different rhythm. You still go outdoors because the tranquility and the beauty of our valley is definitely a mind soother, your body needs enough exercice to help cleansing, your lungs love the frexh air, and your skin the sunshine.
Our instructors will organize the day so you have time to awake your body in the morning, connect it to your mind, time to go out during the day and enjoy the mountain, and time to relax and rest at the end of the day. They will propose stretching sessions, breathing exercices, and teach you self-massage techniques. Moreover, each day, you have an hour time-slot to relax in our spa where you can choose from a steaming room, a sauna and our famous outdoor hot tub. You can also book a massage at the hotel with one of the therapists we work with.
