As you know, in France, we're pretty serious when we talk about food.
And at the Échaillon, we strive to offer you a great gastronomic experience.
Our meals are carefully prepared by our chef David to be balanced and suited to active people. Everything is home made and, for the most part, based on fresh, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and products (organic if we can).
The chef can also cater for people with special dietary requirements.
For breakfast, it's a healthy buffet with a wide choice of cereals, bread, croissants, ham and cheese, yogurt, fruit juices...
Lunch: In winter, a hot lunch is possible, if you have chosen half-board and you want either lunch or a lunch basket, please let us know the day before.
In summer, we only offer lunch baskets at the price of 10 euros per person. A wholesome picnic consisting of a homemade salad (pasta/rice/quinoa/lentils salad...), cheese and cold meat, bread, fruit and chocolate, the cake of the day and snacks like cereal bars.
